Growing up on the lakes of Central Minnesota, I've spent countless hours learning where the fish are, how they move through the seasons, and what it takes to put clients on fish. 

Some of my earliest memories are on the water with my dad. As a fishing guide, he taught me far more than how to catch fish - he taught me patience, respect for the outdoors, and the value of creating lasting memories. His passion for fishing inspired me to follow in his footsteps and build Larson's Guide Service

Today, I combine that lifelong passion with local knowledge to provide enjoyable, successful days on the water for anglers of all experience levels.

Trips can target walleye, bass, crappie, northern pike and panfish depending on the season, conditions and your interests.

No. Rods, reels, tackle and bait are provided.

Yes. Anglers who are required to have a Minnesota fishing license should obtain one before the trip.

In the event of inclement weather, you and Chase will have the final say. Whenever possible, Chase can adjust the trip time or wait out a passing storm so you can safely finish your day of fishing. If Chase needs to cancel your trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will not be charged. If you're staying in the area for a longer period, Chase will also work with you to reschedule your trip when possible. Your safety and comfort always come first, and Chase will make sure conditions are appropriate before heading out or continuing your trip.

Absolutely. Trips can be customized for families, children and anglers who are new to fishing.

Choose from 4-hour, 6-hour and 8-hour guided fishing trips.

Trips are $475 for four hours, $675 for six hours, and $875 for eight hours.

Absolutely! Clients can keep fish and your guide will fillet and package them for you.

Please bring:

  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks and drinks
  • Camera (you'll want photos!)
